No integrity or accountability Turnover- impossible to get momentum because there is no stability (all segments) No work/life balance- due the lack of structure, limit processes, and high turnover Lack of strategy- no synergy with the business segments, decisions are metric driven Stock price- the company makes short-sighted decisions (that will have costly long-term consequences) to meet stock forecasts

Turn-over rate caused an excess of worker hours for months/years. This led to burn-out for many new workers: creating a vicious cycle.
