I can't think of any.

Cons

Stay away from Global Business Services (formally Financial Shared Services). This is the worst department in the whole company. We are treated poorly and looked down on by everyone in the company. The pay is terrible and there is absolutely no room for advancement . Management is terrible and everything is a secret. There is zero communication with their employees.

Pros

Growing profitable company. Top notch benefits, Pay is competitive very structured. Promote within, invests in people development utilizing mentors, training programs and tuition reimbursement. Fair and consistent across the board with following processes and procedures. Total Safety culture, safety of the employees, customers and vendors is #1 priority at Cooper Standard. Great work and family balance. Management from corporate to local levels are very approachable and listens to the concerns and suggestions of the employees. Team oriented. Very clean, whole plant utilizes 6S and is audited on a daily basis.

Cons

Gets warm on the production floor in the summer. Employee break area could use some updating. Some people complain about short lunch break but it’s paid and gets me home to my family sooner.
