Some of upper management is a "boys club", if you are not part of the "club" you don't get promotions.

Great benefits, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, mon-fri set schedule

Cons

Constant favoritism, most of management has been there 20 plus years, they promote who they like and not who is most qualified. Also, the Scottsville facility is filthy.
