Pros

Good company culture. Had lots of professional training and room for growth. Flexible work schedule. Promote from within.

Cons

I had a bad direct manager, the rest of management was great. Very low pay for the Bay Area.

Pros

The company continues to grow so a good outlook.

Cons

Pay is low to the market. In Rochester most employees report to leadership outside the US. Such leadership does not understand US employees, are condescending and try to throw promises to keep folks happy.

Pros

Provided a clean working atmosphere, safe area locations, nice co-workers, gym available.

Cons

While the company offers many benefits, they are 2nd rate, economical for the company plans. Even though the company has grown it has done so by producing great products. But they don't share the earnings with employees, aka low pay, some people lucky to even get a raise let alone one that matches inflation. Biggest con of all is middle management. Most of them are just plain clueless or pure lazy.
