Pros

Steady paycheck, 40 hours, coworkers are mostly decent people to work with.

Cons

Not the same company it was 5 years ago. High stress, favoritism, no bonuses. Upper management is self serving and mostly just looks out for friends/family, very little opportunity for advancement if you’re not part of the inner circle. Some people/shifts given extra hours off to go out for special lunches while others don’t even get leftover pizza.
