      Pros

      I was promoted quickly and trained as a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager, but I was extremely motivated and persistent. This is not the average line level experience as a new employee.

      Cons

      It is easy to get stuck in a very redundant position unless one is extremely motivated to learn, lead, and network.

      Operations is a mess. Lack of organization and discipline is apparent. They struggle do any type of structured problem solving.
