Good salary and benefits package, overtime was available. There are a lot of paths to specialize in.

Cons

The work place is very clicky and lower to middle management will sabotage you to keep you from advancing. There is a strong culture of shifting blame to subordinates whether or not they were involved.

Senior Management (Directors and Up but not including owners) is two faced. They are almost artificially cordial to you, but do not have your back when your own credibility is at stake. They prefer to ensure their behind is safe first. not a good management environment.
