Everything, no promotion, everyone has it out for you to advance themselves. Literally worked a whole month straight and was told at the end could have done better. If you have any form of anxiety this not the job for you, it would literal keep me up at night with amount of stress and b.s. they accuse of. No commendations for the WORK you do its a lot like high school.
