      Overtime available, a regular day ends at 4pm (before rush hour)

      Cons

      If you clock in 10 mins late you get a warning. Houston traffic is hard to predict sometimes so a little more flexibility would be nice

      A great collaborative environment full of intelligent entrepreneurial minded people. Outstanding culture and teamwork. I look forward to arriving every day and work here because we design and manufacture products that are useful, safe and of the highest quality. I am proud of Steelhead and our employees!!

      Startup company with all of the typical startup issues - I don't mind this because I thrive under the pressure.
