Pros

Very nice people, management leaves you alone for the most part, job is easy and satisfying but not for everyone

Cons

They pay about 13 an hour plus bonuses, which are hard to get since the company is going through changes and isn't sure how to handle their bonuses through the new system.

-Remote involving no phone calls -Cost Containment for medical procedures -nice offices

Cons

-Extremely low training success rate. This job is learnable with better training and creating a more positive environment(one trainer is insufferably negative creating low moral).
