Pros

None. Like a bad high school movie. Childish mngt and a lot of hiring of the boss's unqualified family and high school friends.

Cons

Just about everything. A lot of incompetence and all the 'isms on full display. If you are family or a friend of the boss, don't waste your time here. You're expected to lie to the customers. Most of the examiners and nurses are fine, but mngt and the lackies are incompetent and bigoted. Don't bother with this place as you'll regret every second.

If you enjoy staying busy and coming in to something new each day, then this is a good place to be. Everyday was something different.

Cons

There was no training provided. You pretty much are given a desk full of claims and told to figure it out.

Educational and training many times is up to the individual to pursue. More can be done to assist with employees' professional growth.
