Only pro is the people in the trenches you work with on your team. Other than that horrible company.

Cons

Again horrible company. And everyone that works their knows it they just won't admit it because they need a job. Little to no training. No direction. Thrown to the wolves to basically figure it out. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing in part because the leadership at the top has never worked a claim in their life! Go somewhere else please.
