Concise job descriptions, good work environment, company promotes from within, there is a focus on the customer, good updates from management about general direction of the company.

Cons

Training could be better, your job really depends on your supervisor if you get a good supervisor your job is great, otherwise you could be I trouble. No consistency or integrity with bonus plan, systems and technology are lacking
