Offices adorned with commissioned artwork and artificial foliage.

Cons

Pay not commensurate with job skills/talents. Emphasis on making profit without consideration for quality of life. Highly unpleasant work environment that is based on fear of termination. No staff support. Ineffective HR department. No room for vertical promotion. Performance evaluation inconsequential to salary increase.

Even as I write this, Im thinking, if anyone figures out who I am, I'm history--fearful atmosphere. Poor benefits that cost too much to use Often feels like higher management doesn't trust or care about employees and local mgmt has no power
