Professional work place, Flexible schedule, competitive salary, telecommute option, reasonable project deadlines makes it desirable company to work. Very stable company.

Cons

In software development no proper career improvement path. Health care benefits are basic, 401k benefits are minimal makes Corvel less attractive.

great work environment. Very modern and current with IT. Management works hard to accomplish their goals with the tools they are given.

Cons

Poor instruction on expectations. Management struggles with providing current and correct instruction on what is requitred to educate the new employee.
