Pros
There are literally no pros to working for Corvel except work is remote.
Cons
Micro management. Zero autonomy as a RN. A salaried employee means you work until their unreasonable expectations are met even if that means working 10-12 hrs per day for 8 hours pay. Poor system that always freezes and crashes. Poor benefits, poor raises, very very poor incompetent management. Run away from this company. I worked there for close to 30 years in three different locations. This location takes the prize for the worst job and worst management team. There is monthly turnover as most people quit or get fired.
