Cons

Managers and VP base your work performance on rather or nit you are writing emails all day long to the region wbout how great you are; kind of like when your in a departnent store at xmas and they ring a b3ll qbout a sake or donation. They hire inexperienced people and staff is lije a revolvibg door. Salary is very low, even for positiobs that require an RN license

Pros

Pharmaceuticals mixed in a clean environment and handled per state regs.Knowledgable pharmacists.

Cons

Nurses have no regular hours. What they call "flexible hours" are all geared to not paying overtime. Nurses often work 7 days a week (3 hours one day 8 hours the next 14 hours the next 2 hours the next) with no overtime as they "flex "you at 32 hours.Poorly trained management and minimal professional support.Very antiquated EMR system that is down 50% of the time.Driving 500+ miles/week no vehicle reimbursement and gas paid at 0.47/mile.
