      Pros

      Good pay, Great mid management (RSM's and Regional VP's), recently purchased by CVS and this has provided increased stability, and good benefits.

      Cons

      I am in sales and the sales op's team in charge of commissions is not easy to work with. This would be my only gripe. They also have said one thing and then turned around and did something different on a few occasions. Which of course went to the benefit of the company not the employee.

      Don't expect to get recognized for a job well done, only what you didn't accomplish or what you did incorrectly.

      Pros

      Not much to speak of on this subject. Paychecks are timely. Too much work and stress for what is paid.

      Cons

      Senior management is always creating chaos. Hostile work environment. Too much work, not enough staff or resources to meet managements directives. Nothing is ever put in place proactively, always after the mess has occurred. Major micro managing on many layers.
