Pros

Per diem is definitely way to go with Coram; the full timers are ran ragged and expected to take on more and more patients.

Cons

Oncall commitment- not exactly equitable system, per diems on call more than full times

Pros

Great opportunities for autonomy. Building trust and relationships with pts is wonderful. Learning about new therapies and treatments is interesting. Fellow field staff are wonderful to work with!

Cons

Management lacks EQ. Very little support or accountability. Uninterested in making field staff feel supported or helping to make changes needed to provide better experiences for pts or employees.
