Pros

some nice coworkers who work as a team, good state of the art clean room, nice location, close to home. The full-time nurses rock!

Cons

High pressure, company does not meet the nondiscrimination requirements for 401K, therefore you are limited as to how much you can put in your 401K, any other monies you have to put in a Roth IRA. some times it felt like it was more about the money than about the patients. Awful corporate culture. Talk about money hungry. They prioritize money. Everything they talk about is money, money, money. They don't care if their nurses are burn out...they allow them to work 6 days a week and then complain about their overtime....major micromanagement. The job doesn't burn you out, it's the Branch Manager and above that burns you out. They are constantly complaining about your overtime...they are constantly micromanaging things...The word INTEGRITY and EXCELLENCE is foreign to this company. They are clueless of what it means. How they treat their nurses, pharmacists and other employees is awful...it's abusive. I don't know how they can stay in practice...Greed has taken its toll. This company is for profit and it is readily apparent given how they treat their patients. This company tries to get the most money for least amount of service. The attitude of management is 'there will always be more patients and it doesn't matter if we lose one or three'. Same goes for their employees. The turnover rate is so high, with several employees leaving before their first year of employment is up. There were a few co-workers that at every turn were throwing folks under the bus to make themselves look good. No team mentality with them. Now they have left the company and made it more shorthanded for the people that are left. Oh and management, from Human Resources down they were a joke that wasn't funny. Their only thought is about themselves. Horrible demeaning group of people fake non-people skills. Very childish mentality. They did not even meet with me before my leaving. No exit interview because they were busy at a meeting
