      Opportunity for extra money with on call hours

      Cons

      Work life balance is iffy. We have on call for weekends and holidays and after hours for anything that needs to be don’t during weekdays when everyone is done. They don’t like giving overtime. So flex days will be unforced…this could be good or bad depending on the person
