Pros

Learned a new skill and different from regular pharmacy enviornment

Cons

Probably the most exploitative and poorly managed place I've ever worked. I had maybe 1 day of semi-hands-on training before I was thrown to the wolves. This is very unsafe practice considering you are dealing with IV medications. No wonder turnover rate is awful and they couldn't keep staff. I was also doing the job of two people because the warehouse person quit and they didn't hire another one. Wouldn't reccommend this job to my worst enemy.

Pros

Independent, going from hospital to hospital

Cons

Work your butt off getting Ivy home infusion sales for the entire quarter if you’re even one short you get NONE of your commission for the entire quarter, complete scam. And by the way, if you do happen to reach your quota and they do give you your commissions, they will then increase your quota the following quarter to ensure that you won’t reach the quota. Meanwhile they’re getting money for all of the services you provided and you get nothing for it.
