-Field staff and supers great to work with. -Passed out a lot of T-shirt’s

Cons

-HR and supervisor wouldn’t hear out my concerns or issues I was having in the work place. -Didn’t receive my pay increase as promised throughout the years there. -Very little growth opportunities -Constantly had to ask management for more work

Company provided power tools. Lots of shirts and hats. Fairly safe work practices

Cons

Create bad relationships with customers/GC leading to hostility at work sites. Tons of travel with limited per diem and no gas or mileage assistance. Bottom line, isnt a company that puts employee first. Ownership profits and decals, shirts, and hats over everything.
