      Pros

      Corbins Electric has an amazing group of leaders that interact daily with the pride. They genuinely care about the overall well being of its employees. The culture and what Corbin’s stands for is like hitting the jackpot because you will never find a company that backs up what preach.

      Cons

      I have been with Corbins for 5 years and have seen people come and go like with any company but over those five years I have only seen growth and no bad things

      Pros

      The company has invested in employee merchandise like hats, shirts, and other swag. Its a great spot to start out of college getting your feet wet with Revit and other design software. They are decent about retaining work and keeping their staff working when there is a lull in the work.

      Cons

      They are not competitive in their pay or benefits which is enough to get workers in the door, but its hard to retain talent due to being underpaid in the market. Due to this many use Corbins as a stepping stone to move onto bigger and better things.

      Corbins is a growing company that is incredibly supportive of its workforce. Leadership reinforces employee’s confidence in the organization via transparency and strong strategic decisions moving the company forward. Great benefits and always a positive environment.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing, there are many new faces to get to know which can sometimes be overwhelming.
