Pros

Good company for people who are Willing to show up and work hard. High expectations means got to work harder than competitors to get a raise but in return become a better electrician. Attitude is everything and the culture hold your accountable to show up, be motivated, and support your crews.

Medical benefits could be better

Pros

The company has consistent work, use of innovative practices with new technology and software. Will train employees up to work in the field.

Cons

No pay raise unless job position change. No bonuses or profit sharing unless a partner (think there are 12 now). Lack of keeping with core values as company became larger. Seems to shifted back to its older values of profit over all.
