Great culture and opportunities. Particular shout outs to Jeff Hammon for presence & timely communication. Gus Chavez who strives for accountability and work ethic. Vern Mapp for teamwork & coordination. There are many opportunities and resources available at Corbins. Overall, I have had a great time with my coworkers and enjoyed a very safe working environment, no matter the conditions. Respectful communication is common & they cultivate their employees.

Cons

Raises are currently difficult to communicate. I do not feel like I am paid a competitive wage for the work and commitment that I provide the company. I have recently trained new hires that know less than me, but are paid more. Addressing these concerns often with my supervisors has not yielded any results in 2 months.
