The culture is incredible. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. They truly want you to be successful. I've never worked for a company that is as aligned with their core values as Corbins Electric is. The company places a huge emphasis on building relationships and promoting the development of their workforce. One of my favorite things about Corbins is that Upper Management truly does everything within their power to ensure their employees are satisfied with the company and their roles. Coming to Corbins has honestly been the best decision I've made for myself in a very long time. I wish I came sooner!
