Development and sticking to it always being consistent. Team they really push culture and getting everyone's ability to come in and push towards their careers

I should've started working here earlier. Seeing the development of people and watching the growth within has been the motive.

Pros

Team mates and the field workers are hardworking and honest wish I could say the same for leadership. People in the ranks will work themselves to death for their teams and the leadership will let the with no thanks.

Cons

Leadership in particular ELT preach culture and use as excuses to terminate people but they don’t live their own lessons. Do as I say not as I do. TERRIBLE place to work!
