      Pros

      The people, perks, benefits, are great. Managers seem to be open to people wanting to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Nepotism is a very real thing. People getting hired on for jobs they are not qualified for. Creates drastic pay differences, but those are not reflected. All of my references "didn't have enough experience", they wanted to be an electrical worker. Managers dont look out for you, so you have to fight for the raises.

      Good company. Good benefits. They have a good vision.

      Cons

      Remember it’s still a construction company. Be prepared to get treated like a construction worker. They don’t care about your feelings. Although the journeyman have a journey man card. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they are educated.

      Great people to work with, the level of leadership at this company is above most electrical subcontractors. They provide you with all the tools necessary to be your absolute best.

      I haven't had many negative experiences with this company.
