Pros

- Very FEW knowledgeable people in my team who I learned a lot from - Decent base salary (before restructuring) - Good pension scheme compared to the market

Cons

- Management is literally enslaved by the shareholder. they set impossible expectations, would not meet them, and employees pay for it - No long or even medium term outlook, just jump-reacting from one emergency mode to another without good impact analysis of these decisions. - Terrible management of the restructuring situation. Besides layoffs, no salary round/bonuses paid out to hard working people lead many good (talented) people to exit. Management team who was primarily responsible for the situation still cashed its bonus - You get treated differently if you are a foreign national vs Dutch, woman vs vs standard white male, etc. No plans for D&I. This limits your career opportunities a lot (it can happen you are excluded from an important meeting you should be part of as part of your role, just because you don't speak Dutch). - Middle/senior management is mostly not suitable for their roles. They don't care about the wellbeing of juniors and people in subsidiaries in other countries as they are seen as type B employees. Decisions are made by a clueless handful of people without even considering the impact on the work of employees who maybe need to work extra for no apparent reason = colonial oligarchy
