Pros

There is plenty of turn-over, so it is not difficult to get a job at this company. It is privately held, so you don't have to worry about stakeholders, just about the euro-playboys that increase revenue requirements arbitrarily.

Cons

Management is schizophrenic and the non-stop changing priorities are taxing on everyone. Training for operators is not well-defined and is mostly experience/on the job based. Safety is not first in mind--profit is.
