3yAs Cordis transitions as a stand-alone organization, we realize there are areas of the company where process improvements are necessary to become the leader in the industry. A huge undertaking of this magnitude takes time and does not happen overnight. A focus of the new Cordis is product design and development and being up to date on the latest innovation and concept design within our industry. We understand true change starts with our culture and part of that culture is about positioning ourselves as the innovative leaders in our industry through more collaboration, empowerment, and the professional development of our teammates.
