Pros

As a J&J Company, there are ample opportunities for on-line learning. There is also a good deal of schedule flexibility.

Cons

There have been numerous layoffs and reorgs over the past several years in addition to a steady stream of voluntary departures. Many employees are currently very skeptical about the long-term future of Cordis. Contractors are viewed by upper management as labor and nothing more. Technician level employees are only slightly more regarded than contractors.
