Pros

Lot of senior technical people,good architects and a lot of people to guide you.its a knowledge hub. There is a focus to use best practices. Code reviews. Kira,scrum etc. Work environment is relaxed. Can scale ur workload as per ur comfort level. Good increment.

Cons

Huge rush during release times. Attrition has increased, so lot of fresh faces in teams who are just exploring. Nothing much
