Cons

fast-paced, no time for documentation, every hour counts on workload, if you get sick your tickets will suffer

Pros

The Pros definitely outweigh the Cons: Great benefits, 401k, fun department and company events, great group of people to work with. Unlimited vacation! While this can be tricky, my department is very generous with suggested time off. New office space is fantastic. Even though not much is within walking distance just yet, buildings are shooting up in the area and there will be plenty of shops available in the near future. Close to the freeway as well as the beach, so no complaints. Low turnover from what I've seen. The company is doing well and there's definitely job security.

Cons

Not a great amount of growth, at least not in my department. However, it's what you make of it - you can either coast or learn and excel on your own terms. I still think it's a great company for the long term. While management does not give much feedback, at least they don't micro-manage. They put a lot of trust in their employees' competence but sometimes lack oversight.

This is a great company to work for as they're the quintessential "dot com." - As long as you're responsible and get your work done/perform, you have flexibility. Great people too.

Cons

Being a metrics driven company, numbers are definitely crucial, but sometimes the company can be fearful of a short term loss in order to achieve a long term revenue stream.
