Good Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Company Truck when your assigned a job. Guaranteed 40 hrs. and medical insurance is descent. Company will reimburse OPE (meals under $30/day) you when your on a job.

Cons

Work load tends to be unstable, you could work a month straight and be off for a month. Benefits package is not impressive. Not much room for growth within the company. Payroll is two weeks behind so you have to work a month before you get a meaningful check. No per diem. Dont recommend if your a big family person.
