You get a paycheck until you find a real job .

Cons

Its more of a temporary job dont plan your future and career here. Back breaking work 40 hours a week of picking things up and putting them down . Poor management

Pros

The only good things about this job are that it’s easy work, you have independence and the management genuinely wants to help you succeed.

Cons

The cons of this job are that the pay is awful, the mileage reimbursement is terrible and the medical benefits are pointless. If you want a livable wage you have to have a second job or move up quickly and have to deal with the anxiety of commission.
