Pros

Pay was ok, but not for the amount of work they put on you. PTO and sick time.

Cons

Management were liars. They falsified driver DOT logs. And were very dishonest to work for. They retaliate against you when you bring up the truth and complain to Management.

Poorly Managed

Business Outlook

Pros

Bonding with coworkers Free expired candy Will reimburse meals when out of the state if approved by manager ( sometimes)

Cons

Poorly Managed Schedule is received 24 to 48 hours before you have to report for your shift and it can be anywhere in the Tristate area and they will even station you out of state for a week at a time with little to no notice Schedule will change multiple times a week with little to no notice Maximum pay raise per year is 3% Says they pay the IRS recommended milage reimbursement but that is only if you are an Executive. All other employees that travel get paid a flat $400 plus $0.13-0.15 per mile with an average of 2500 miles per month. Expense reports to receive food reimbursement are a nightmare to submit using their app and are commonly rejected for trivial reasons to delay paying out ( i.e. misspelling "out of town meal" as "out of ton Meal") Management will have meetings about improving the work place and promise training, raises, quality of life improvements to the scheduling and work place only to not follow through
