Designated 4 days on and 3 days off. 401k. Vacation and sick pay. Work till the job is done. You know what you're doing every day. Easy if you can stick with it.

Negotiated hourly wage higher than average for the area.

Cons

-Management. False image of wanting the organization to be the best employer in the area as well as an "open door policy." -Walking through that "open door" creates a target on your back. Management does not want to hear about any concerns or discrepancies regarding other managers or supervisors. -Lack of a structured training environment. -Too many so called supervisors -Fake personalities -Cut throat corporate vibes- any way the company can save a penny and keep it out of the hard working employees pocket, they did it! -Discriminatory actions towards drivers of color. -Favoritism -Forced use of personal cell phone for business purposes with very little or no compensation -Company will wait until the day before your probationary period expires to relieve you from your duties if you are not going along with their agenda.
