No pros. Pay is crap for the work load.. No pros. Pay is crap for the work load

Cons

HR doesn't help employees. Constant sexual harrasment from "veteran" employees, nothing ever happens after their "investigation. Management is dirty. Management doesnt listen to employee complaints. If you complain, you get fired.

Pros

While slightly below market rate, transportation jobs are usually steady and well managed.

Cons

Loved the job. Long time driver. And then.... company decided that they needed to place driver facing cameras in the trucks. They already had peoplenet, dash cam and lane deviation along with cameras in some trailers inside and out. Most drivers have no problems with any of those devices except the Driver View Cam. It also records all conversations. Most drivers did not choose the profession to be watched while driving. A few people have already left the company. Welcome to 2017.

Great Equipment, friendly, family like environment and always room to grow!! Competitive wages and Excellent benefits!! Albuquerque is on the right track to a great future!

Cons

None! I love my job! Great team in place in the Transportation and Warehouse leadership, every place is gonna have its faults but the benefit is they continue to work on improving them.
