Management. There is only 1 salary person that has any idea what is going on in the place. Nobody is held accountable for their actions.

Salary was decent, and that is literally the only pro I can think of. Worked extremely long hours, but days off were nice.

Cons

Everything I was told during my orientation was a lie. Year end bonus? No. Paid holidays off? No. Agreed start time discussed during interview? No. Time off requests ever approved? No. Warehouse workers are treated and paid crap for hard labor which means they don't care for their job, so there is an unbelievable turnover rate. Upper management only cares about their own jobs, and will make anybody under them work endless hours without showing any sort of appreciation.
