Pros

Can't really think of any tbh unless you're part of management, who happens to be laughably unqualified for their position.

Cons

Too many to name. No real chance for advancement unless you belong to a certain group. No set schedule be prepared to work on "off days". They tell you it's for 3 weeks at the most then guess what? 10 months later you're still working MANDATORY overtime! On top of that you don't get appreciated for your work which is very physically demanding especially with the newfound hours you'll be "forced" to work partly because they fire employees for excused legitimate absences during peak season leaving 4 people to do a 10 to 12 person job, then be forced to outsource workers from another district for help. Then they also want you to train New employees but won't pay you trainer wages which is crazy because they have a trainer who never worked in a warehouse in his life that knows nothing and gets paid to basically introduce the new workers to you then go back to doing nothing! Lastly this place is filthy, one of the worst in the country. Just stay away seriously.. One of the worst places to work ever no joke.
