Pros

The people were very close and always had each others back. Good company for someone that does their best work without being micromanaged. Work-life balance was pretty good in the department that I worked.

Cons

Pay. Other companies in this industry have a better pay structure.

Job is constant full time work and benefits are good

Cons

Long hours, fast paced, stressful and deal with customers all day. Drivers are always upset and stressed over routes and the job. Seattle traffic! Warehouse always making mistakes.
