You can gain autonomy if earned. Current work from home is ok.

Cons

Since buy-out uncertain future with IT div. Low pay, minimal raises. Not proactive in operations. Poor Corporate communications No real regional representation remaining.

Cons

Work till done. Winter 5-10 hrs. Summer 10-16 hours Drama Forfeit incentives if inaccurate
