      None. Watch out for poor hiring practices.

      Cons

      Recently went through several interviews for this position many of which were in person. I had to rearrange my schedule and take time out of my day to participate. Things were going well. ... then ... NOTHING. The company completely ghosted me. I tried to reach out for feedback. No response. Very disrespectful. If this is how they treat prospective candidates, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.

      Pros

      You have solid PTO accrual. Half of the lines you can have pick orders while using ear buds/headphones/speakers.

      Cons

      Management has a day to day focus, no experience with being humanizing or improving the company for workers. New update in insurance has increased out of pocket costs.

      Expectations are unreasonable, underpaid, depending on your department, depends on if other supervisors taking your crew members to fulfill their needs so your workload increases more and their less
