Poorly Performing Company behind the Tech Curve

All of my team members were great to work with, and my direct report was a very amicable person to work under; everyone above him was not.

Cons

Behind the tech curve. Poorly optimized db structures run by people who have no idea what they are doing. New projects are impossible to develop on top of the current mess that was the tech stack. Maybe it's improved? Hopeful optimism here. Management insists on full-time in-office despite the recent trend in tech, while also massively underpaying at all skill levels compared to their competitors.
