      Worst management you'll deal with

      The job itself isn't bad management is horrible

      Cons

      Management will lie to you about everything, they literally offered a part time associate a full time spot just because the full time associate broke his leg 8 drivers have quit in the last 9 months just because of management stay away the money isn't worth it

      It’s a great place if you make it great

      Pros

      Unlimited learning opportunity across multiple departments. You need to be the one to show that you want to learn and advance. Don’t expect things to be handed to you.

      Cons

      Technology is quite outdated. I’ve worked in very advanced facilities where new technology keeps cost low and reduces error significantly. They’re just a few steps above using pen and paper here. Rather disappointing to see.

      Pay is a little on the low side but not the lowest out there.
