      Lots of many great changes from my previous time here including People and Culture & Talent Acquistion department that are helping lead the charge forward. Great pay, benefits and perks. Always looking to improve work life balance as best as possible.

      Where to start...Barghausen's culture is incredible. The people are genuinely nice, friendly, and welcoming. We also have a ton of events after work that bring people together. I can't express how much the people connect here...it's like a family. Everyone is caring and respected no matter your position.

      Honestly, there is nothing. Best place to work!!
