      - Clean and friendly work environment - There are a lot of great company events to meet other employees - Collaborative teams

      Cons

      - Isn't a "con" per se, but there is always a lot of work to be done. You will never be bored or have nothing to work on.

      Pros

      I have been employed at Barghausen for about 2 years now and it has a great work environment where everyone is friendly and always willing to help. The best way I can describe this company is a work hard, play hard mindset. They host a variety of fun and diverse events throughout the summer to meet new people in the company as well as competitions and tournaments against other employees and civil firms. Great benefits, 401k, etc. I would say working here is what you make it. If you want to work overtime 50hr weeks, you can or if you want to work 40 then that's ok too. If you want to meet people there are tons of opportunities to do so or you could work for years and not know anyone but the people you work directly with. Its really up to you!

      Honestly no cons I can think of! Can get pretty busy if there are a lot of projects but can always ask for help if you need it.

      Pros

      [Disclaimer: I worked here pre-pandemic] My supervisors always had my back and worked hard to help me succeed. I learned a lot here and had great experiences with all of my coworkers.

      Cons

      The discipline heads (mechanical/plumbing, electrical, structural, civil, architecture, etc.) are all different people and manage differently. This won't really affect you as an employee, but if you're reading this review and are not an MP engineer, you may have a different experience.
