Pros
I have found that people are very generous in how they share information and ways to help you. Egos do not come into play and functional (aka Corp) employees really do see their roles as serving the field operations and team members.
Cons
Would like to see more internal movement across business lines. It certainly exists but I'd like to see more employees looking at roles across the whole company vs. just within their business line.
